REFUND POLICY

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the initial receipt. The package must be unopened. Please take a moment to review these refund policies. 

OVERVIEW

If the item is being returned due to defects or problems on the part of PrimePure, we will issue a full refund and cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.

If an item is being returned for reasons that are not the fault of our store, the refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping. Charging or waiving the restocking fees is at the sole discretion of PrimePure.

Items valued at over $75 must be returned using a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest a USPS delivery confirmation service.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned merchandise.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@primepureglobal.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return your package. Items that are sent back to PrimePure without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

You are expected to inspect your orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

We do not accept returns for partial party kits. Party Kit components may not be returned individually. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
