Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that meet one of the following criteria:

Why We Limit Returns
Our strict return policy helps us keep prices competitive and ensures that all customers receive brand-new, unused products.
Many of our items—such as air-compressed cannons—are single-use products. Once opened or activated, they cannot be resold or verified as unused. For safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items. Allowing returns on potentially used products could pose risks and diminish the experience for other customers.
